Fall attire

Good to be back!
As very soon we will move to a new house (a house!) so I'm pretty occupied.. buuuut nevertheless,
I'm thinking of sewing some pieces up for fall.

How about matchy matchy stuff... ?
Maybe a bag and a coat? I don't know if that would be too much or look pleasing.
Well, let's see, what are the options:

I tried it on, and I LOVED it, but, the fit wasn't ...the best. So I decided to wait.

And ...nothing happened of course. Well, now, that ikea has a similar fabric in stock, I'd give it a go!

Well I'd tweak the whole thing a bit, but you get the idea.

what the hell... carpets?

ok. there are carpets, and carpets.
but to make a fashion-trend about it... which I observed for quite a while now in the web. well. it depends.
these shoes for example are remarkably striking. and even if you don't like the carpet, there's still something about those shoes.
I wonder how a woman would look in a carpet-suit. i think we'll have the pleasure of seeing that soon somewhere, i suppose.

 

there's something different about the  RTW spring collection 2012 by maison martin margiela. i prefer my carpet to stay under my feet and in some cases this collection has managed to do so, too.
